What the band changes

Tests are placed and collected by us, normally within the same week as your inquiry. Mitigation inspections are usually booked within two to five business days.
Extended area route days
The extended area is served on set route days, so a test placement there may wait a few days longer. We tell you the route day when you book, not after.
Test kits by mail
Outside the core area we can mail a kit with written placement instructions for your floor plan, and you return it in prepaid packaging. The laboratory timeline is unchanged.
Travel on mitigation work
Installations are one-day jobs, so travel further out is usually absorbed into the fixed price rather than charged as a separate line. Where it cannot be, it appears on the proposal before you commit.
If we cannot get to you
We would rather point you somewhere useful than take a booking we cannot serve well. If your property is outside both bands and we cannot travel, we will say so in the first reply and suggest what to look for in a contractor closer to you.
